Daskora (“Daskora”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a business organization application designed to help small-business owners, freelancers, home businesses, and local businesses manage receipts, expenses, payments, customers, orders, notes, reminders, documents, and related business information.
We respect your privacy and aim to keep your business information under your control.

2. Where Your Data Is Stored
Daskora is designed with local, privacy-focused data storage.
Business information you create in the app is stored on your device by default unless you explicitly use a feature that transfers or shares information elsewhere.
Daskora does not require you to create an account to use the core application.
Because information may be stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security and making backups or exports of important information.
3. No Account Required
Daskora does not require an account or registration to use its core features.
We do not require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or other personal information simply to start using the application.
If future versions introduce optional online services or account-based features, those features will be covered by an updated privacy policy and the information required to use them will be clearly explained.
4. Offline Use
Many core Daskora features are designed to work without an internet connection.
Offline functionality may include creating and managing business records, receipts, expenses, payments, notes, reminders, and other locally stored information.
An internet connection may still be required for features that inherently involve external services, such as downloading updates, sharing through third-party applications, or other online functionality provided by your device or operating system.
5. How We Use Information
Information stored or entered into Daskora may be used to:
- Create and manage business records
- Generate receipts and documents
- Track expenses and payments
- Manage customers and orders
- Create reminders
- Generate PDFs
- Generate QR codes
- Display summaries and reports
- Export or restore information when you request it
- Provide features and functionality within the application
- Improve application reliability where applicable
We do not use your locally stored business records for advertising.
6. Sharing and Disclosure
Daskora does not sell your business information.
Information stored locally in the app is not automatically shared with us.
When you intentionally use a sharing, export, backup, or similar feature, information may be transferred to a destination you choose.
For example, if you choose to share a receipt using another application, that information may be processed by the application or service you select. Their privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policies.
We are not responsible for how third-party applications handle information after you choose to share it with them.
We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
7. Photos, Files, and Documents
Daskora may allow you to add receipt photos, documents, or other files.
Files are used to provide the features you request, such as attaching information to an expense or business record.
Daskora does not access your photos or files unless you grant the relevant permission or intentionally select content through the functionality provided by your device.
8. Camera and QR Code Features
If Daskora provides camera-based functionality, camera access may be requested when you choose to use that feature.
Camera access is used to provide the requested functionality, such as scanning or capturing information.
If you use Daskora to generate QR codes, the information encoded in the QR code is based on the information you provide.
Daskora does not independently determine or verify the accuracy of information you choose to encode.
9. Notifications and Reminders
Daskora may request permission to send notifications for reminders or other features you enable.
Notifications are used to provide the functionality you request.
You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.
10. Analytics and Diagnostics
If the version of Daskora you use includes analytics, crash reporting, or diagnostic services, limited technical information may be collected by the relevant service to help us understand application performance, identify crashes, and improve reliability.
Such information may include technical information such as:
- Device or operating system information
- Application version
- Crash information
- Diagnostic information
- General usage or performance information
We do not intentionally send your locally stored business records, customer records, receipts, expenses, or other business content to analytics or crash-reporting services unless a specific feature clearly requires it and the applicable privacy disclosure explains this.
If the published version of Daskora does not use analytics or crash-reporting services, this section should be removed before publication.
11. Advertising
Daskora’s treatment of advertising depends on the version of the application you use.
If advertising is introduced, applicable advertising providers may collect certain device or advertising-related information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws.
Daskora does not intentionally provide your locally stored business records to advertisers for advertising purposes.
If the launch version of Daskora contains no advertising SDKs or advertising functionality, this section should be removed or replaced with:
Daskora does not display third-party advertising in the application.
12. Third-Party Services
Daskora may interact with third-party services when you intentionally use functionality that depends on those services.
Examples may include:
- App distribution services
- Operating-system services
- Sharing applications
- Backup or storage services you choose to use
- Analytics or crash-reporting services, if enabled
Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of services you choose to use with Daskora.
13. Data Export and Backup
Daskora may provide tools to export, back up, or restore your business information.
You are responsible for keeping exported or backed-up copies secure.
If you store a backup in a third-party service, that service may process the backup according to its own privacy policy and terms.
Daskora cannot control information after you voluntarily transfer it to a third-party service.
14. Data Deletion
Because Daskora is designed to store core business information locally on your device, you can generally remove locally stored information using the application’s available deletion features or by removing the application’s stored data through your device settings.
Uninstalling the application may also remove locally stored application data depending on your device and operating-system behavior.
Before deleting the application or its data, we recommend exporting or backing up information you may need in the future.
If a future version of Daskora provides an account-based or server-side service, additional deletion procedures may apply and will be described in an updated privacy policy.
15. Children’s Privacy
Daskora is a business application and is not directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the core application.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to a service operated by us, please contact us so that we can review the situation and take appropriate action where required.
16. Data Security
We take reasonable measures appropriate to the design of the application to protect information handled by Daskora.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Because Daskora stores core business information locally by default, the security of your device, operating-system account, backups, exported files, and third-party services you use with Daskora is also important.
We recommend using appropriate device security, such as a strong device passcode and available operating-system security features.
17. Your Responsibilities
Daskora allows you to store information about your customers, suppliers, employees, or other individuals.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights and permissions to collect, store, use, and share information that you enter into the application.
You should not use Daskora to unlawfully collect, store, or distribute personal information.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Daskora’s features, services, or legal requirements change.
When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this policy.
We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed about how Daskora handles information.
