Ariana Grande and Ethan Slater are reportedly dating, following Grande’s split from husband Dalton Gomez in January. The two actors met while filming the upcoming film adaptation of “Wicked,” in which they play Glinda and Boq, respectively.
Filming for “Wicked” began in late 2022, so it is likely that Grande and Slater’s friendship blossomed into a romance during that time. They were recently seen out together in Los Angeles, and they were reportedly holding hands. A source told People magazine that Grande and Slater are “very happy together.” They said that they have a lot in common, and that they are “very supportive of each other.”
This is Grande’s first public relationship since her split from Gomez. The couple had been dating for about a year before they got married in May 2021. Slater is also newly single. He was previously married to actress Sarah Rudinoff, but they separated in 2022.
It is unclear how serious Grande and Slater are about each other, but it is clear that they are enjoying spending time together. Only time will tell if this new relationship blossoms into something more.
