Fleabag is a British comedy-drama television series. Fleabag is a woman living in London. She is a sexually voracious and confused person who is attempting to adapt to modern life in London while coping up with the tragedy she encountered.

The show first premiered on 21st July 2016. The show creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge, also a writer stars the protagonist Fleabag.

The show was picked up by Amazon Video Service and started airing in the United States from 16th September 2016. The show is well received by the audience and is very popular with 8.4 IMDb rating and 100% Rotten Tomatoes score.
The second season aired on 4th March 2019 and ended on 8th April with the final scene that was an emotional yet happy ending. The show had one of the great endings
So will there be Season 3?
Phoebe Waller-Bridge said that initially, she was against going through season 2 series of Fleabag because of her pride and artistic integrity.
However, after taking some time off from her work, she was once again inspired to run a second season of the series.
At the moment it is unlikely that there would be another season of the Fleabag. She mentions how she doesn’t want to pick up the story where she left off. She believes that the series got the closure that it deserves. Fleabag is a different person now from the first season and the third season would greatly part from her initial character.
Sian Clifford who plays as Claire explains “There will not be a third series. This is it. I think people will accept that this is the end when they see it because I think it is complete. I think the story is complete”
Phoebe is currently busy in the Bafta-winning show Killer Eve which is being produced in the United Kingdom.
Phoebe can once again “surprise herself again” and us with season 3. The show, however, has not been confirmed by the BBC and the many of the casts as well.
The show has a narrow chance of its revival but we can hope for it.
