The new season of 13 reason why has been confirmed to be release in August 23rd on Netflix.
It has been confirmed that this season won’t be continuing the story line of first 2 season and this season will focus on completely new character.
First 2 season revolves around seventeen-year-old high school student, Clay Jensen, and his deceased friend Hannah Baker. After Hannah killed herself after having to face a culture of gossip and sexual assault at her high school and a lack of support from her friends and her school she leaves box of cassette tapes recorded in the weeks preceding her suicide detail thirteen reasons why she chose to end her life.
Season 2 followed the event after the season 1. In season 2 Months after her Suicide, Clay and the other people mentioned on the tapes, as well as close friends and Hannah’s family members, become embroiled in a civil legal battle between Hannah’s parents and Liberty High School.
The first season was released on Netflix on March 31, 2017 which received positive reviews from critics and audiences, who praised its subject matter and acting, particularly the performances of Minnette and Langford. But second received negative reviews from critics and mixed reviews from audiences. So we must wait and see what the creator of this show have for us in this season
